Challenge
The New Ulaanbaatar International Airport began operations in July 2019, but it lacked a brand that would represent its new world-class airport. Chinggis Khaan International Airport has struggled to build a brand identity that embodies its core values of hospitality, consistency, compassion, and friendship while distinguishing the Mongolian nomadic identity from the world.
